Ray Floyd tied Jack Nicklaus's Masters scoring record of 271 (-17) and led wire-to-wire. Floyd was never seriously challenged, winning by eight shots over Ben Crenshaw in one of the most dominant Masters performances ever. He opened with a 65 and never looked back.
