Zach Johnson won The 144th Open Championship — the last numbered Open at St Andrews — in a four-hole aggregate playoff against Louis Oosthuizen and Marc Leishman. All three finished at 273. Jordan Spieth had led for much of the final day. Johnson was calm and precise throughout the playoff. It was Johnson's second major.
