Tiger Woods won the PGA Championship in a thrilling three-hole aggregate playoff over Bob May. Both players shot 31 on the back nine in regulation, finishing tied at -18. Woods made three birdies in the playoff while May matched him on the first two holes before missing a par putt on the third. This was the fourth major of Woods's famous 2000 season.
